We guarantee you will be satisfied with the pen or turned item. If you are not satisfied with an item we provided, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

What's Not Covered by Our Guarantee

We cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged due to use, misuse, or normal wear. This includes damages caused from:

• Extreme temperature conditions
• Water or any liquid damage
• Direct sunlight exposure (can fade or change the color of woods and materials)
• Breakage from carrying your pen in pockets other than shirt pockets
• Any other misuse or improper handling
• Normal ink refill replacement

Platinum Fittings Care

The Platinum fittings on our pens will keep their luster indefinitely if treated responsibly.

• Any metal part that is scraped against another metal object could be scratched
• Be careful as you place your pen down on desks
• Avoid carrying it in a pocket with keys
• The plating is designed to hold up under normal writing use—enjoy it and use it often.

Spring Clips

The spring clips are designed for use in shirt pockets only – not jeans pockets!

• Spring clips will last for years if not abused
• Forcing a clip over thick material will eventually break it
• Handle gently to ensure longevity

Custom Pen Care Instructions

The woods we use are very stable and should not crack under normal circumstances. Follow these guidelines to maintain your pen's beauty.

Environmental Care

Protect your pen from environmental damage:

• Avoid leaving the pen in extreme heat or cold in a closed vehicle
• Do not immerse your pen in any liquids or water
• Avoid direct sunlight (can fade or change color of woods and materials)
• Keep your pen from extreme heat and humidity
• Do not leave it in a hot car—wood and acrylics can split under extreme temperature conditions

Cleaning & Maintenance

Your pen is sealed and finished with several hard and durable finish layers, followed by a protective coating of wax.
